For 3 days and 4 nights, a tiny group of just 5 to 6 writers will take over a beautiful private 7-acre country estate, complete with a fishing pond, evening bonfires, and a dedicated songwriter barn.

Our mentor and host for the entire weekend is Wil Nance, a powerhouse staff writer who has penned massive #1 hits like "She's Everything" (Brad Paisley) and "Round About Way" (George Strait).

This isn't a massive seminar. You will be living, eating, and co-writing in the same house as a hitmaker.

Registration & Payment Terms:

To secure your spot at the Nance Country Songwriting Camp, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 45 days prior to the retreat start date. If booking within 45 days of the event, payment must be made in full.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Because this is an exclusive, ultra-small group experience with strictly limited capacity we've enforce a firm cancellation policy.

- Deposits:

All initial deposits are strictly non-refundable. They immediately secure the private estate venue and guarantee Wil Nance's time.

- Cancellations inside 45 days:

No refunds will be issued for any cancellations made within 45 days of the retreat.

- Transfer Option: If you must cancel, you may transfer your spot to another songwriter, provided they are vetted and approved by the retreat hosts and at least 14 days before the event.
